Closed on Sunday for Guest Arrivals or Departures

Thank you for respecting our guidelines, appointment times and requirements:

We do not require Bordetella. All cats that have had a Bordetella vaccine within the last 30 days will not be allowed in our facility. This is due to the reactions to the vaccine that resembles the actual disease, we are unable to diagnose and must assume the cat is ill and contagious.

All cats must not have collars while being boarded.

All cats must be flea free or current with an approved flea control product. We apply Advantage for a fee upon admission to our facility.

All cats aged eight months or older must be spayed or neutered.

Cats who have accidents in there carriers when traveling to Wren-E’s to board and have arrived to kennel with urine or have feces on their fur must be bathed prior to be admitted into the facility (we charge a transport fee to/from the groomer, plus the grooming fee).

We require your veterinarians name and phone number to be on file while boarding. If you do not currently have a veterinarian, we can provide you with names of local veterinarians we have worked with. However, it is your responsibility to choose a veterinarian you feel confident with and trust.

CHECKING IN:
Please allow 15-20 minutes to give us time to verify immunization records, to acquaint ourselves with your pet and its medical history.

We encourage you to bring your kitty's favorite toy or bed to make your kitty's stay as comfortable as possible. Some guests have an article of clothing their owner has worn with them when they visit.

We briefly examine your pet for obvious health problems and parasites.

Be sure to bring your cat’s Immunization Record

Cats must be current on: Feline Rabies and Feline Leukemia

CHECKING OUT
Again, allow several minutes so that we may provide you with a progress report on your pet's stay.

Payment is expected prior to departure and I accept cash or personal check. If someone else will be picking up your pet, please pay in advance or be sure to send a check or cash with your appointed person.

Thank you for respecting our guidelines!
